The Introduction is an experiential, interactive session that's held on the phone using a teleconference call.

Below are the times and dates of the upcoming sessions. Check the one that works best for you. Once you provide your name and email address, and hit the "Submit" button, you will get an email confirmation that you're registered. You will also get the telephone number you will dial to join the teleconference.

Consider reviewing this material before coming to the call.

We encourage you to sign up with one or more friends, family members or other important person(s) in your life. By attending together, you and your Lifelines Buddy will be better prepared to support and encourage each other as you journey through your transitions. We want you to get the most from the complete Lifelines Program, so we suggest you also register for that with your Lifelines Buddy. This will increase the probability that you'll both practice what you learn, which is why we offer a Buddy Discount.
